The giant wheel like structure is the Singapore observer, comparable to London eye. The building behind it is the Marina bay sands. A boat shaped structure is built on top of 3 buildings(Hotels). This hotel / building has numerous entertainment zones ranging from casino, shopping, bars, etc .. Couldn't do a better picture this time around, will try for a better shot again sometime.

I have added one more picture of the Marina Bay Sands, this was taken right in front of the Sands. I took this picture on the National Day Parade ~ 9th Aug 10, from behind the Parliament House.
Would love to swim in the pool over the terrace of that building....
