The Buddha Tooth Relic temple is the biggest Buddhist temple in Singapore. The temple is dedicated to Maitreya Buddha, and it houses the Sacred Buddha Tooth Relic. The temple also contains the guardians of people born in different years, the birth year is usually associated with animals like rat, ox, rabbit, rooster, dog, etc ..
